Marble table and lazy Susan is discoloured and chair leg sticks out. Item is defected. Asked for a refund over 1 week and they won’t process the refund. Even offered to give them 10% to get it out of my photo studio asap. They will only offer 20% restocking fee for a product even tho clearly defected. I don’t believe the 5 star reviews on this website are genuine. I never leave bad reviews but there is no possible way you can’t refund a product in Australia when it is defected

Iris at Diamonds Home is super kind and helpful!
She has ways been very responsive and patient in helping me find the perfect furniture! I ordered a custom designed dining table and coffee table last year which match my decor perfectly.
I saw her again recently to help me find matching bedside tables and she was very polite and went out of her way to help me.
She even gave me colour samples to take home so we can get the perfect colour match.
