AVOID!!
I recently bought a shoe cabinet from this store, and the experience has been extremely disappointing.
After unboxing, I discovered that none of the panels were labeled with numbers, even though the installation manual clearly shows numbered parts. This made the assembly unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. What should have been a straightforward job turned into a nightmare — I spent over 4 hours trying to figure it out and still couldn’t finish.
When I contacted customer service, they initially gave unhelpful excuses instead of addressing the issue properly. To make it worse, their solution was to offer sending someone to assemble it — but at an extra cost.
Poor product quality control and even worse customer support. I would not recommend buying from them

Very poor experience from start to finish.
The furniture quality is absolutely unacceptable for the high price charged. The items arrived with major cracks and visible damage, and overall feel cheap and poorly made — definitely not what you would expect when paying a premium price.
The delivery service was just as bad. We specifically booked delivery after 2pm, but the driver messaged at 11am saying he was 5 minutes away. As no one was home, we had to reschedule. On the new date—again booked for after 2pm—the exact same thing happened, with the driver arriving in the morning. On top of that, the driver refused to bring the furniture inside, saying he is not allowed to enter, which can be a serious issue for many customers, especially those living alone or elderly.
Trying to get a refund has also been extremely frustrating. Instead of resolving the issue quickly, the company keeps adding obstacles and making the process unnecessarily difficult.
Even the packaging raises concerns — all boxes were covered in Chinese writing, which does not match the premium branding and pricing they advertise.
Overall, overpriced, poor-quality furniture, unreliable delivery, and very poor customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding this company

The first delivery arrived without the mirror at all. It took a full two weeks for them to finally arrange a re-delivery for the missing mirror.
I took time off work and lost wages just to wait for the delivery yesterday, only to find out they delivered the completely wrong item. They promised to deliver the mirror today, but they failed to show up again.
Repeated mistakes, constant delays, total lack of communication and responsibility. I do not recommend this business to anyone—save your time and money

I’m not sure why there are such good reviews for this store. I have never left a google review but needed to leave one as I can’t believe how bad the quality of the dresser I bought is. The assembling instructions were extremely difficult to follow, my partner is an electrician and we had all the appropriate tools and it was a nightmare to put together, and nothing was flush or closed properly. The quality of the fake wood is terrible, I doubt it will last long at all. And maybe the warehouse is based in Sydney but the Chinese labelled boxes and instructions prove it is not an Australian product , so that was very misleading. Do not recommend at all. The days of "Cheap Chinese garbage" is over
The quality of 'YESWOOD' provided by diamonds home furniture is honestly outstanding.
Most furniture you get these days for the price we paid is plywood or MDF and never really stands up to the test of time.
Our 2 new tall boys are solid pine and a blend of mahogany or oak, something I haven't seen since I was a child !!
The hard wear is proper 14mm nuts and bolts with washers and spring washers making sure that the feet will never get loose.
The tall boys have WEIGHT so be prepared for that !!

Very pleased with the dining chairs I bought online from these guys. Easy to assemble, super comfy, nicely padded and look lovely (I got the Selby dining chairs which are a greige sort of colour - nice relaxing modern alternative to the standard beige!). Delivery was super fast - I think I got them the next business day or maybe the day after (admittedly I don’t live far from Silverwater). Will be happy to shop here agai

Bought a desk and a few pieces came broken, still going to use it but it made the desk wobbly. Also they say you can "upgrade your home the aussie way" through them even though their products clearly come from china, with chinese characters on the products' labels. Would've liked some disclosure that they use internationally imported goods.
wouldn't shop here again.
if you're buying any solid furnature, I'd avoid here just because the shipping tends to be pretty risky

I’m not sure why there are such good reviews for this store. I have never left a google review but needed to leave one as I can’t believe how bad the quality of the dresser I bought is. The assembling instructions were extremely difficult to follow, my partner is an electrician and we had all the appropriate tools and it was a nightmare to put together, and nothing was flush or closed properly. The quality of the fake wood is terrible, I doubt it will last long at all. And maybe the warehouse is based in Sydney but the Chinese labelled boxes and instructions prove it is not an Australian product , so that was very misleading. Do not recommend at all. The days of "Cheap Chinese garbage" is over
The quality of 'YESWOOD' provided by diamonds home furniture is honestly outstanding.
Most furniture you get these days for the price we paid is plywood or MDF and never really stands up to the test of time.
Our 2 new tall boys are solid pine and a blend of mahogany or oak, something I haven't seen since I was a child !!
The hard wear is proper 14mm nuts and bolts with washers and spring washers making sure that the feet will never get loose.
The tall boys have WEIGHT so be prepared for that !!

Very pleased with the dining chairs I bought online from these guys. Easy to assemble, super comfy, nicely padded and look lovely (I got the Selby dining chairs which are a greige sort of colour - nice relaxing modern alternative to the standard beige!). Delivery was super fast - I think I got them the next business day or maybe the day after (admittedly I don’t live far from Silverwater). Will be happy to shop here agai

Bought a desk and a few pieces came broken, still going to use it but it made the desk wobbly. Also they say you can "upgrade your home the aussie way" through them even though their products clearly come from china, with chinese characters on the products' labels. Would've liked some disclosure that they use internationally imported goods.
wouldn't shop here again.
if you're buying any solid furnature, I'd avoid here just because the shipping tends to be pretty risky

AVOID!!
I recently bought a shoe cabinet from this store, and the experience has been extremely disappointing.
After unboxing, I discovered that none of the panels were labeled with numbers, even though the installation manual clearly shows numbered parts. This made the assembly unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. What should have been a straightforward job turned into a nightmare — I spent over 4 hours trying to figure it out and still couldn’t finish.
When I contacted customer service, they initially gave unhelpful excuses instead of addressing the issue properly. To make it worse, their solution was to offer sending someone to assemble it — but at an extra cost.
Poor product quality control and even worse customer support. I would not recommend buying from them

Very poor experience from start to finish.
The furniture quality is absolutely unacceptable for the high price charged. The items arrived with major cracks and visible damage, and overall feel cheap and poorly made — definitely not what you would expect when paying a premium price.
The delivery service was just as bad. We specifically booked delivery after 2pm, but the driver messaged at 11am saying he was 5 minutes away. As no one was home, we had to reschedule. On the new date—again booked for after 2pm—the exact same thing happened, with the driver arriving in the morning. On top of that, the driver refused to bring the furniture inside, saying he is not allowed to enter, which can be a serious issue for many customers, especially those living alone or elderly.
Trying to get a refund has also been extremely frustrating. Instead of resolving the issue quickly, the company keeps adding obstacles and making the process unnecessarily difficult.
Even the packaging raises concerns — all boxes were covered in Chinese writing, which does not match the premium branding and pricing they advertise.
Overall, overpriced, poor-quality furniture, unreliable delivery, and very poor customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding this company

I ordered a vanity table over a month ago, and the salesperson has ignored every single one of my messages ever since I made my purchase. I even gave them a full week as a buffer without chasing them, yet they still never responded once.
The first delivery arrived without the mirror at all. It took a full two weeks for them to finally arrange a re-delivery for the missing mirror.
I took time off work and lost wages just to wait for the delivery yesterday, only to find out they delivered the completely wrong item. They promised to deliver the mirror today, but they failed to show up again.
