Even offered to give them 10% to get it out of my photo studio asap. They will only offer 20% restocking fee for a product even tho clearly defected. I don’t believe the 5 star reviews on this website are genuine. I never leave bad reviews but there is no possible way you can’t refund a product in Australia when it is defected

I saw her again recently to help me find matching bedside tables and she was very polite and went out of her way to help me.
