The delivery service is bad. I bought a TV unit. The customer service representative is kinda misleading. I'm willing to pay for the installation fee but she didn't ask me if I need it to be installed. I forgot to ask about the installation fee cos when I saw she adding the delivery fee I thought that will include everything. I told the delivery man that I can pay for the rubbish removal but he refused. I ended up removing all the rubbish by myself including a 200*40*40 wooden frame.
Follow up: I haven't received any call from the store so far. It has been more than one week

Recently, moving company damaged the water hose of the washing machine, and I urgently needed a replacement. The store was very helpful and willing to replace the water hose for me.
