There are many inaccurate comments and posts about ozstudydesk (not to confuse with ozdesk) being a fake identity.
Diamonds home furniture sells sturdy furniture at relatively inexpensive prices (they also own ozstudydesk).
We visited the office/showroom to see the quality of the desks and was greeted by well-mannered staff. Ordering process was simple and staff that helped us was patient and helpful.
Desk comes flat packed, the instructions is oversimplified and small scaled. Had to use phone camera to take a photo and zoom in.
It is simpler than putting together an ikea desk, anyone with prior experience of putting together flat packs should have no problems. Would suggest spending a few minutes to mentally visualise how to put it together rather than dive in.
Overall we are very impressed with the quality/price ratio of the 1800mm study desk we ordered. Delivery was prompt (NSW 20km from CBD). Emails are usually replied within 1 day

If I could give zero I would! Placed an order last Saturday. My partner has been trying to make contact via email / phone call etc… only to still be to find out our item is sitting in a warehouse just round the corner. We then get a reply saying due to him giving a 1 star review they cancelled our order.
If you are in business you need Clear communication and transparency. Also clearly we dodged a bullet here too.
I guess the only thing we had luck in is being refunded as they probably didn’t have the stock. Don’t order from this company.
Also Don’t come at my partner because he asked a question regarding an update. If you did you jobs right, we wouldn’t

Customer service emails seem to be a little bit of a nightmare as I feel like I’m talking to an AI robot.
All I want is my furniture. This is becoming frustrating chasing up daily.

Received an email saying more order is cancelled because of this review and I’m difficult.
All because I’ve asked for an appropriate updates in timely matter, this place is a complete joke and I have reported this transaction to consumer affairs

Diamonds home furniture sells sturdy furniture at relatively inexpensive prices (they also own ozstudydesk).
We visited the office/showroom to see the quality of the desks and was greeted by well-mannered staff. Ordering process was simple and staff that helped us was patient and helpful.
Desk comes flat packed, the instructions is oversimplified and small scaled. Had to use phone camera to take a photo and zoom in.
It is simpler than putting together an ikea desk, anyone with prior experience of putting together flat packs should have no problems. Would suggest spending a few minutes to mentally visualise how to put it together rather than dive in.
Overall we are very impressed with the quality/price ratio of the 1800mm study desk we ordered. Delivery was prompt (NSW 20km from CBD). Emails are usually replied within 1 day

If I could give zero I would! Placed an order last Saturday. My partner has been trying to make contact via email / phone call etc… only to still be to find out our item is sitting in a warehouse just round the corner. We then get a reply saying due to him giving a 1 star review they cancelled our order.
If you are in business you need Clear communication and transparency. Also clearly we dodged a bullet here too.
I guess the only thing we had luck in is being refunded as they probably didn’t have the stock. Don’t order from this company.
Also Don’t come at my partner because he asked a question regarding an update. If you did you jobs right, we wouldn’t

Customer service emails seem to be a little bit of a nightmare as I feel like I’m talking to an AI robot.
All I want is my furniture. This is becoming frustrating chasing up daily.

Received an email saying more order is cancelled because of this review and I’m difficult.
All because I’ve asked for an appropriate updates in timely matter, this place is a complete joke and I have reported this transaction to consumer affairs
