If I could give zero I would! Placed an order last Saturday. My partner has been trying to make contact via email / phone call etc… only to still be to find out our item is sitting in a warehouse just round the corner. We then get a reply saying due to him giving a 1 star review they cancelled our order.
If you are in business you need Clear communication and transparency. Also clearly we dodged a bullet here too.
I guess the only thing we had luck in is being refunded as they probably didn’t have the stock. Don’t order from this company.
Also Don’t come at my partner because he asked a question regarding an update. If you did you jobs right, we wouldn’t

Received an email saying more order is cancelled because of this review and I’m difficult.

Definitely recommend this place! We ordered a sofa and a dining table and immediately a few days later, two guys delivered the furniture and helped us assemble it. The assembly was quick and fast even the furniture itself came in with wooden frames protecting them. The sofa was really comfortable, except the ottoman can’t be directly connected to the sofa but it’s still very comfortable. The dining table was stylish and the seats are good. The store is well organized and good variety of things. The receptionists were also very nice and respectful, helping us get the right furniture. Overall a very good experience

Bought a couch over the weekend, still waiting on a dispatch date or movement form warehouse.
Customer service emails seem to be a little bit of a nightmare as I feel like I’m talking to an AI robot.
All I want is my furniture. This is becoming frustrating chasing up daily.
**UPDATE**
Received an email saying more order is cancelled because of this review and I’m difficult.
All because I’ve asked for an appropriate updates in timely matter, this place is a complete joke and I have reported this transaction to consumer affairs

Definitely recommend this place! We ordered a sofa and a dining table and immediately a few days later, two guys delivered the furniture and helped us assemble it. The assembly was quick and fast even the furniture itself came in with wooden frames protecting them. The sofa was really comfortable, except the ottoman can’t be directly connected to the sofa but it’s still very comfortable. The dining table was stylish and the seats are good. The store is well organized and good variety of things. The receptionists were also very nice and respectful, helping us get the right furniture. Overall a very good experience

If I could give zero I would! Placed an order last Saturday. My partner has been trying to make contact via email / phone call etc… only to still be to find out our item is sitting in a warehouse just round the corner. We then get a reply saying due to him giving a 1 star review they cancelled our order.
If you are in business you need Clear communication and transparency. Also clearly we dodged a bullet here too.
I guess the only thing we had luck in is being refunded as they probably didn’t have the stock. Don’t order from this company.
Also Don’t come at my partner because he asked a question regarding an update. If you did you jobs right, we wouldn’t
