So bad, instructions are impossible to read. Screws just come in a big bag all together. The pieces are not numbered or anything. The timber itself is awful quality aswell. Ordered in June delayed 3 times then I asked and they said it will come in may 2027!! Then for whatever reason the next day I get a message saying it’s coming tomorrow. What a roller coaster! And to top it off delivery was scheduled for 12pm and then just rocked up at 8am with no warning

I purchased an office desk.
Regarding the desk itself, I felt the price matched the quality.
My issue with this company is that before I made the purchase, I called them to address my concerns regarding delivery. I needed to make sure that I would receive a call from the driver on arrival to my premises so that I could remotely open my garage door for the desk to be stored safely. The staff at Diamonds Home Furniture assured me this was possible as they were leaving special instructions with the courier. On this basis I went through with the order which I was told would take about two weeks until arrival. After two days I started getting notifications from Freight Direct that the items had been dispatched and was on its way. I rang Diamonds Direct to share this news; they told me to ignore it as the item was not on its way and to rest assured I would receive that phone call. The next day I received an email saying the item had been delivered. Through my cameras I could see the item left outside my premises. I rang Diamonds Home staff to advise that I had no way of getting to the package until three days time. During that time the item was not stolen luckily but staying out in the rain for three days. Diamonds Home furniture never called me back as promised to see if the item was stolen and if all was OK.
The staff were always polite to me on the phone and seemed genuinely interested in following through but have not reached out to me despite having my number and all my details.
Would I recommend this company again: No. Sorry but my experience has left me lacking in confidence. People will say anything to get a sale

Completely blow away by this piece.
Placed the order on a Tuesday evening, then received a text on the Saturday (4 days later) saying it was being delivered the next day, Sunday, and I would call them on Monday because the site says allow up to 6-8 weeks if no eta available. Just assumed the text was an error. Nope, the delivery turned up mid morning on Sunday. Even more amazing, I am not located in a metro area, but mid-north coast NSW.
The product was mostly assembled, each piece was securely packaged for transport with the marble look top packed in timber framing reinforced with screwed in batterns (not flimsy). All I needed to do was place in 8 screws for the leg supports. Colour is a little darker that the staged photo, but similar to the show room floor photos.
Quality is exceptional and the padding is luxurious.
It was good the mirror wasn't attached as we didn't need the mirror as we had already chosen a bigger one for the space, but it has been repurchased elsewhere
It's always a risk ordering an expensive piece online, but couldn't visit one of their show rooms, but now I feel comfortable ordering online in the future from Diamond Home

Very poor experience. I ordered a cabinet and waited about a week, but the store still could not confirm a reliable delivery and installation time. I had to keep following up myself, and the plan kept changing.
After I had already arranged to work from home for the delivery, they still could not proceed as promised. They also refused to waive a $30 upstairs delivery fee as compensation for the inconvenience, and simply refunded the order.
Refund was received, but the delivery, installation and communication process was very poorly managed. Not recommended for large furniture items

Completely blow away by this piece.
Placed the order on a Tuesday evening, then received a text on the Saturday (4 days later) saying it was being delivered the next day, Sunday, and I would call them on Monday because the site says allow up to 6-8 weeks if no eta available. Just assumed the text was an error. Nope, the delivery turned up mid morning on Sunday. Even more amazing, I am not located in a metro area, but mid-north coast NSW.
The product was mostly assembled, each piece was securely packaged for transport with the marble look top packed in timber framing reinforced with screwed in batterns (not flimsy). All I needed to do was place in 8 screws for the leg supports. Colour is a little darker that the staged photo, but similar to the show room floor photos.
Quality is exceptional and the padding is luxurious.
It was good the mirror wasn't attached as we didn't need the mirror as we had already chosen a bigger one for the space, but it has been repurchased elsewhere
It's always a risk ordering an expensive piece online, but couldn't visit one of their show rooms, but now I feel comfortable ordering online in the future from Diamond Home

I also ordered a White bed I got it delivered with stains All over it.
The customer service is awful. I called them About a ton before the finally pick up With no answers when all I wanted is a refined on the spot.

Very happy with the product and service by the team. Bought a dressing table online which is exactly what I was looking for. The quality is excellent and the table is sturdy and functional with ample space. When I contacted the team about delivery, I received a prompt response and the furniture arrived as promised. It was well packed and arrived in good condition. A power cord was missing so I contacted the team about it. They were very helpful and prompt, asked the right questions, and sent me another power cord straight away. The entire experience was smooth and straightforward. Thanks to the team for the great work and for actually caring about the customer. Well done. Will be returning for more furniture in the future for sure

Very poor experience. I ordered a cabinet and waited about a week, but the store still could not confirm a reliable delivery and installation time. I had to keep following up myself, and the plan kept changing.
After I had already arranged to work from home for the delivery, they still could not proceed as promised. They also refused to waive a $30 upstairs delivery fee as compensation for the inconvenience, and simply refunded the order.
Refund was received, but the delivery, installation and communication process was very poorly managed. Not recommended for large furniture items

So bad, instructions are impossible to read. Screws just come in a big bag all together. The pieces are not numbered or anything. The timber itself is awful quality aswell. Ordered in June delayed 3 times then I asked and they said it will come in may 2027!! Then for whatever reason the next day I get a message saying it’s coming tomorrow. What a roller coaster! And to top it off delivery was scheduled for 12pm and then just rocked up at 8am with no warning

I purchased an office desk.
Regarding the desk itself, I felt the price matched the quality.
My issue with this company is that before I made the purchase, I called them to address my concerns regarding delivery. I needed to make sure that I would receive a call from the driver on arrival to my premises so that I could remotely open my garage door for the desk to be stored safely. The staff at Diamonds Home Furniture assured me this was possible as they were leaving special instructions with the courier. On this basis I went through with the order which I was told would take about two weeks until arrival. After two days I started getting notifications from Freight Direct that the items had been dispatched and was on its way. I rang Diamonds Direct to share this news; they told me to ignore it as the item was not on its way and to rest assured I would receive that phone call. The next day I received an email saying the item had been delivered. Through my cameras I could see the item left outside my premises. I rang Diamonds Home staff to advise that I had no way of getting to the package until three days time. During that time the item was not stolen luckily but staying out in the rain for three days. Diamonds Home furniture never called me back as promised to see if the item was stolen and if all was OK.
The staff were always polite to me on the phone and seemed genuinely interested in following through but have not reached out to me despite having my number and all my details.
Would I recommend this company again: No. Sorry but my experience has left me lacking in confidence. People will say anything to get a sale
