Bought a desk and a few pieces came broken, still going to use it but it made the desk wobbly. Also they say you can "upgrade your home the aussie way" through them even though their products clearly come from china, with chinese characters on the products' labels. Would've liked some disclosure that they use internationally imported goods.
wouldn't shop here again.
if you're buying any solid furnature, I'd avoid here just because the shipping tends to be pretty risky

Really disappointed. We ordered a tv unit and one of the drawer slides came jammed. Not only the quality of the slides is shockingly bad, but the joinery of the piece. The two sides of the piece seem to not have been joined properly. Messaged the customer service as soon as the piece came in, they asked me to try and fix it myself. Have been waiting for them to come back with a solution for over a week and no response. Had to chase them to get the piece delivered on time and now have to chase them to get my piece fixed. Very bad customer service

Dining table purchased looks great and affordable. We would have give five stars if it the delivery wasn't so bad. Driver left the big box about 50 meters down the road nearly 7pm at night by the sign pole, I asked him how do I carry back to my apartment and answer was ' no parking' and drove off. Luckily I was at home today. If this was left for my wife, how will she carry it all the way to our apartment. This is so irresponsible

I ordered a vanity from this company because it was the only one I could find that was made mainly with wood and metal rather than MDF which off gases.
It is cheaper than many of the vanities available at the moment and fantastic quality. The wooden joins and drawers are flush and the quality of construction is obvious.
It came semi-assembled which was great, also an indication of the quality.
One piece was missing. Within 10 minutes of contacting DiamondsHome, I had a tracking number for the missing piece. It arrived within 2 days.

Would not recommend. Our buffet table came delivered after 2 months with a chipped door. A separate door came barely attached with a single screw in the hinge. It has since been rectified after another 4 weeks, in which the door doesnt sit square. Still waiting on the door frame to be delivered and installed

Bought a desk and a few pieces came broken, still going to use it but it made the desk wobbly. Also they say you can "upgrade your home the aussie way" through them even though their products clearly come from china, with chinese characters on the products' labels. Would've liked some disclosure that they use internationally imported goods.
wouldn't shop here again.
if you're buying any solid furnature, I'd avoid here just because the shipping tends to be pretty risky

Really disappointed. We ordered a tv unit and one of the drawer slides came jammed. Not only the quality of the slides is shockingly bad, but the joinery of the piece. The two sides of the piece seem to not have been joined properly. Messaged the customer service as soon as the piece came in, they asked me to try and fix it myself. Have been waiting for them to come back with a solution for over a week and no response. Had to chase them to get the piece delivered on time and now have to chase them to get my piece fixed. Very bad customer service

Dining table purchased looks great and affordable. We would have give five stars if it the delivery wasn't so bad. Driver left the big box about 50 meters down the road nearly 7pm at night by the sign pole, I asked him how do I carry back to my apartment and answer was ' no parking' and drove off. Luckily I was at home today. If this was left for my wife, how will she carry it all the way to our apartment. This is so irresponsible

I ordered a vanity from this company because it was the only one I could find that was made mainly with wood and metal rather than MDF which off gases.
It is cheaper than many of the vanities available at the moment and fantastic quality. The wooden joins and drawers are flush and the quality of construction is obvious.
It came semi-assembled which was great, also an indication of the quality.
One piece was missing. Within 10 minutes of contacting DiamondsHome, I had a tracking number for the missing piece. It arrived within 2 days.
