Lovely quality product at a very good price. We got a hardwood desk for less than the price of a melamine one on the highstreet. We drove out to the showroom and Staff were helpful and since the specific one we wanted wasn't on display, they were happy to let us have a look in the box before driving away. This product required some assembly that wasn't advertised and was a bit more difficult for this Mum with a screwdriver to manage considering the size and weight of it but the result is just lovely. They had some really nice other furniture there which was very reasonably priced - not everything is on display though so definitely need to view online first. Would recommend

The delivery service is bad. I bought a TV unit. The customer service representative is kinda misleading. I'm willing to pay for the installation fee but she didn't ask me if I need it to be installed. I forgot to ask about the installation fee cos when I saw she adding the delivery fee I thought that will include everything. I told the delivery man that I can pay for the rubbish removal but he refused. I ended up removing all the rubbish by myself including a 200*40*40 wooden frame.
Follow up: I haven't received any call from the store so far. It has been more than one week
